INDUX, S.A. DE C.V. is located in Mexico City since its establishment in 1956. We have been dedicated to manufacture a wide range of top quality fasteners as well as the corresponding machinery and setting tools.

At the finishing shop we have several modern, environmental-friendly plating, painting and anodizing lines with which we can provide our customers with high quality finishes such as brass, nickel, copper or zinc plating and just about any color on enamel paint or anodized.

To ensure a high quality, we have a sophisticated quality control department which is in charge of checking: plating thickness-measuring equipment, carbon content and grain size, tensile strength, hardness and drawing capability.
Statistical process controll is used as of customer requirements.

For our own tools and for outside customers, we have heat-treating facilities equipped with the most technologically advanced vacuum furnaces, as well as several revolving furnaces. Our tool and die shop includes a jig grinder, CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, EDM equipment, as well as other grinders, lathes and honing equipment.

There are many reasons why we are highly integrated in our production process: We manufacture the fastener, do the secondary operations, and additionally manufacture the tooling and the machines for their application. Therefore INDUX has a very good understanding of how to comply with our customers needs.

INDUX is currently working at ISO-9000 certification and is certified ISO-9002 in the heat treating division. Our other divisions will still follow.

Standard products are always in stock. Inventories are controlled with a Kan-Ban system. Special products for certain customers are also controlled via Kan-Ban, based on a close relation to our customers, who always need our fasteners at their production line.

INDUX has been exporting some of its products like grease fittings, drive rivets, and other rivets to the United States, Canada, Singapore and Central and South America. Therefore we have experience in shipping goods, and know what it normally takes to get a shipment from our plant in Mexico City to the customer. We always send all shipping documents and quality documentation as required by our customers.
